I'm finely getting the hang of using a tablet and painting with PSP.
I've been getting some wonderful pictures from friends to paint. I seem to fall in love with all of them! Especially cause I know how much our fur babies mean to us.

Free to use. Not for Commercial use.
You may tube, use effects, animate, etc.
The only color change I allow is in creating an element.
Eg: a tubed flower from a photo.
